Order Request & Confirmation

TogoDelivery is a multi-purpose delivery platform designed to provide reliable and efficient services across food delivery, grocery delivery, pharmacy delivery, parcel transportation, and local business logistics. Once a customer places an order through the platform, the request is reviewed and processed based on merchant availability, service location, and delivery partner assignment. Customers are encouraged to carefully verify all order details before confirming the request to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.

Important Service Notice

TogoDelivery follows a strict no cancellation policy for all confirmed orders and service requests. Once an order has been successfully placed and accepted through the platform, it immediately enters the processing stage with the respective merchant, seller, or delivery partner. Because of this operational process, requests for order cancellation may not be accepted after confirmation.

Order Processing & Service Allocation

After confirmation, orders are quickly assigned to merchants and delivery partners to maintain fast and efficient service standards. Food items, grocery products, pharmacy products, courier packages, and other delivery requests may begin preparation, packaging, or dispatch immediately after order acceptance. Due to the real-time nature of the platform, changes or interruptions to active orders may not always be possible.

Refund Eligibility & Review

Refund requests may only be reviewed in exceptional cases involving duplicate transactions, technical payment failures, unavailable items, or verified operational issues caused directly by the platform. Every request is reviewed individually by the TogoDelivery support team to ensure fair evaluation and proper resolution based on the situation and applicable service terms.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, contact details, and order instructions while placing requests through the platform. Customers are also expected to remain available during the estimated delivery window to ensure successful completion of the service. Incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or customer unavailability may affect delivery outcomes and service support eligibility.

Delivery Delays & Operational Interruptions

While TogoDelivery aims to provide timely service, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by traffic congestion, weather conditions, technical interruptions, merchant preparation delays, or unforeseen operational situations. In such cases, the platform will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and minimize disruptions wherever possible.
